Knicks thrashed 107-89 by T-Wolves

Blogged under Front Page by Nothing but Net on Thursday 23 November 2006 at 1:47 am

The Timberwolves built a commanding 56-36 lead at halftime and then cruised to victory over the Knicks.

Jamal Crawford (19 points), Stevie Francis (19 points) and Stephon Marbury (18 points) led the way on offense for the Knicks.  Eddy Curry (14 points, 7 rebounds) and Channing Frye (12 points, 5 rebounds) each helped out a little bit too.

The Knicks fall to 4-9 with their lastest defeat.

I am amazed that the Knicks can not win more games. They showed, at times, they can be a good team. One problem is Jamal Crawford not in the starting rotation. I feel Jamal Crawford should definitely be allowed to start along side Marbury. Maybe they can get things going and pull off a few wins here and there.

I agree with you about Crawford. The Knicks have huge defensive problems when they play both Marbury and Francis in the backcourt at the same time because of their size.
The Knicks have too many talented players on their roster to be such a poor team.
