The Knicks allowed the Kings to hit 56.3% of their shots from the floor and that negated the fact that the Knicks outrebounded the Kings 41-30.  Jamal Crawford led the way with 28 points and 3 steals.  Eddy Curry had a solid game with 19 points and 6 rebounds.  Stephon Marbury had a solid game running the offense with 17 points, 4 rebounds and 8 assists.  David Lee had a solid game off the bench with 16 points and 15 rebounds.  Malik Rose also played tough in the paint with 10 points and 8 rebounds.

The Kincks fell to 13-21 on the season with this loss.

The Knicks were outscored 34-14 in the first quarter and could never catch up.  It also didn’t help that the Knicks only shot 37.4% from the floor.  The Knicks did outrebound the Suns 52-38, but it didn’t matter.  Jamal Crawford led the Knicks in scoring with 21 points.  Eddy Curry had a solid game around the basket with 19 points and 10 rebounds.  Stephon Marbury had a decent game with 14 points and 4 assists.  Channing Frye pitched in with 12 points and 6 rebounds.  Jared Jeffries (8 points, 11 rebounds) and David Lee (4 points, 14 rebounds) both played well around the rim.

The Knicks fell to 13-19 on the season with this loss.
