The Knicks played well last night but in the end it didn’t really matter as they came up short.  Stephon Marbury led the Knicks with 40 points and 3 assists but he missed a free throw at the end of the game that could have sent it to OT.  Eddy Curry also had a solid game with 15 points and 8 rebounds.
